- Is the 3D mockup really free?
- Yes. There's no cost and no obligation to build with us. It's how we start every project so you can see the design before committing.
- How long does it take to get my mockup?
- Most mockups are ready within a few business days after your initial consultation, depending on project complexity.
- Do I need to have photos or measurements ready?
- A few phone photos are all we need to get started — you can text them to 850.616.2603. No measurements required; we can schedule an in-home or virtual measure as part of the process.
- Do I have to own the home?
- Yes — the free mockup is for Tallahassee-area homeowners planning a remodel of their own kitchen or bath. Builders and investors are welcome too; just mention it when we talk.
- What if I'm not remodeling right away?
- That's fine. Many clients get their mockup while budgeting for a project 3–6 months out. Seeing the design early helps you plan the spend with confidence.
- Do you work with builders as well as homeowners?
- Yes — we regularly partner with builders on new construction and renovation projects across the Tallahassee area.
